I'm a residential remodeling professional with more than 25 years of hand-on carpentry, design-build leadership, and full-cycle project delivery experience. After founding and operating a successful design-build remodeling firm in Mill Creek, Washington, I've recently relocated to Charelston, South Carolina and am excited to bring my craftsmanship, client-focussed approach, and deep industry knowledge to a local design-build team.

My background spans every phase of residential construction: carpentry, sales, marketing, estimating, pre-construction planning, project development, production management, and client satisfaction. I'm known for clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset. I thrive in roles where I can guide homeowners through the remodeling process, develop accurate scopes and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are executed with quality and care.

In addition to my construction career, I've worked as a licensed real estate agent and real estate investor. This dual experience gives me a unique perspective on home value, market trends, pre-purchase consulting, and the financial impact of remodeling decisions.
