For more than two decades, I have worked across talent representation, talent scouting, A&R, career development, media, film and international market development. My work combines executive leadership with the identification, assessment and development of talent, the creation of long-term representation strategies, and the coordination of professional teams and cross-border partnerships.

As Founder & CEO of TUARON, I lead the company’s international talent management and representation strategy across music, screen & media, fashion, creators and sports. This includes representation architecture, talent scouting, A&R, career strategy, project development and international market expansion.

Alongside my work with TUARON, I maintain a separate private practice as a Private Connector, working selectively with private clients on strategic introductions, private client advisory, executive and celebrity concierge, and situations requiring discreet access, trusted networks and high-level coordination.

Both areas of my work are built around the same core competence: identifying the right people, assessing relevance and fit, creating trusted access, and making high-trust introductions with discretion.

I work across European and international markets and collaborate with talent, executives, founders, investors, public figures, creative organisations and industry partners where relevant.
