Irene D'Antò, born 1984.
Italian Illustrator, Painter, 2D Animator & much more.
Graduated with honors from the European Institute of Design (IED) Rome with a BFA in Illustration & Multimedia Animation in 2006 and received a diploma in design for architecture & furniture from the Institute of Art in Anagni. She pursued art studies in analog photography in Rome.
Eclectic soul, she liberates herself in artistic process guided by her inner voice. She perceives mistakes as opportunities to stimulate even more the creative side & often to create something brilliant, inventing new ways of expression & personal tecniques. Her daily practice allowed her to developing a personal language, creating Artjournals & Altered Mag in wich she search , listen & heal herself in a meditative instinctive artistic act.
In February '23, she began experimenting with NFT technology to showcase her art in the web3 space, starting from the collection created on Ethereum blockchain called MOVING SCAN , composed by experimental scanography stop motion.
In June '23 her work "MONOLITH" was Exhibited in Lisbon LET ART BE-Non Fungible Conference #NFC summit, and her work "Ephemeral Body I" was pubblished in ART SHARE Magazine-Issue 3
In August '23, her work 'RANDOM' was exhibited at Blockchain Futurist Conference in Toronto and included in 'Art of the Future' Joyn showcase by Goat Gallery.
She won the IRL exhibition at FABRIKA wall in Tbilisi City with three works from her project 'REWORKED ADV' (Sept 4-18).
Her works 'SHE' & 'DEBRIS' were exhibited in Las Vegas at the BREATHE!Convention '23 (Sept 13-15) & featured in BREATHE!Art Tower ThirdAcademy Metaverse.
Selected October '23 by NINFA & The Frame Society with "DETOX" for 'REFLECTING THE COLLECTIVE SOUL' exhibition Milan-NY and is part of The Frame Society curated gallery on NINFA
Selected December '23 with "ANTIDOTE" for #NFTNYC2024 Animation category, exhibited at North Javits, April 3-5, & featured on the NFTNYC website
