Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing mise en place before and during service
• Making homemade infusions and syrups
• Making cocktails with care and consistency
• Creating beautiful and thoughtful drink presentation
• Assisting with service during busy hours
• Keeping the bar clean and well-organized throughout working hours
• Supporting the bar team in daily operations

Minimum 1 year experience working in a kitchen preparing sushi is required.

• Preparing mise en place and daily kitchen preparations independently
• Making sauces and supporting all sushi preparations
• Handling, washing, and preparing raw fish according to hygiene and safety standards
• Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety practices at all times
• Keeping the sushi station clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Demonstrating good knife skills
• Learning and executing our full sushi menu accurately
• Paying strong attention to detail in plating and presentation
• Working efficiently during busy service periods

A basic level of English is required for this position.
