Crystal is a versatile personal assistant with a go-getter attitude. She’s easy to work with and takes initiative with tasks, without being prompted. She really looks out for her client’s best interest, and she employs her connections in the book world and hard work to help her clients grow. One of the things Crystal did immediately was read all of my catalog. It was the first time an assistant has done everything within her power to help me sell books and event tickets.
