As Animist & Shamanic Practitioner, I embrace the cycles of Life and Death. I am a thread woven on a tapestry of existence and with the aid of shamanic teachings, I am able to glean new connections and understandings.

Drawing inspiration & wisdom from the ancient Curanderxs and Cunningfolk, I honor my ancestral lineages and intentionally weave their memories into my work.

As I walk this Path of Remembrance, I commune with the wisdom of Plant and Fungi teachers, forging a sacred bond with all kith and kin. Through this connection I have learned how these wise Plant Teachers can nurture and support the body, heart, mind, and spirit.

My training as a Death Doula has shown me how transformative Death and Grief are to our Remembering. I believe exploring creative expressions that honor these thoughts and memories, allows us to grow and evolve on our journeys.

Through my own experiences of neurodivergence, chronic illness, and PTSD, I've sought wisdom from diverse Integrative and Restorative modalities and experienced first hand how these practices can transform the body, heart, mind, and spirit.

Like the mycelium that lays within the forest floor, I am dedicated to building a nurturing and supportive relationship with you. With deep empathy and utmost respect, I listen to your unique story, understanding the challenges you face and the dreams you hold dear. Together, we'll co-create a personalized roadmap that reconnects you with your own divine wisdom and the Healer that lies within.
