There are fun national food holidays to celebrate being vegan, vegetarian, and even loving bacon. But there’s not a holiday to celebrate the simple and healthy lifestyle of being a “Flexitarian,” - someone who eats mostly vegetables, but still incorporates meat or fish into their diet occasionally. We at OZO, a plant-based protein brand, want to change that.
