TRANS MASC BEGINNER GYM EDITION

TRANS MASC BEGINNER HOME EDITION

I created this program for all my trans masc family who want a starting point to learn weightlifting for gender euphoria and to work toward building a more masculine and affirming physique.

We all deserve to live in a body we feel good in, and we all deserve to move our body in a way that feels right.

Many of the most popular trans masc programs out there often include 5 or 6 weekly workouts, often lasting longer than 90 minutes per session, which isn't sustainable for so many of us because... life. On top of that, the difficulty level often doesn't cater to someone who hasn't lifted weights before, and they aren't always scalable for all abilities. The Superhuman program is here to change all of that.

This is a 24-week program, but you can do it for as long as you like. Repeat it as many times as you want until you feel confident and good about yourself to take your training up a notch.

The first 12 weeks are all about laying a strong foundation, the second 12 weeks are all about branching out and trying some more challenging movements.

Choose from 1, 2 or 3 workouts each week, and progress your training over a 24 week period, taking you from a beginner to a superhuman with a solid fitness foundation, training consistently to build a body that makes you feel great both mentally and physically.

Gym Edition: All you need is access to a gym with a mixture of free weights and machines. If your gym is quite minimal and doesn’t have much in the way of machines, the dumbbell edition may be a better fit!

Dumbbell Edition: All you need is access is some dumbbells. Adjustable ones can be handy to change the weight and save space in your home. If you have the room, the hexagonal ones can be really handy for floor work as they don't roll away, so would definitely recommend getting those if you’re able to grab a few to get you going. As long as you have 2-3 pairs of light / medium and heavy DBs then you'll be golden!

There is also a thread to request movement adaptations in the community group, so if your gym doesn't have something or you have any movement limitations, the community is there to offer you another option.

I offer a 7 day free trial for you to see if it's your flavour. So what are you waiting for? Get in there and see what you can do!

Meet your COACH

Hey! I’m Lucinda, I run Fuzz Culture Club, and inclusive Online Coaching community for the LGBTQ+ community.

I created these programs to give affordable options for coaching for those who need it most and I’m locked in with our community group every day to ensure you have the best experience possible.

You can usually find me training, hanging out with my little fluffy princess dog Aubrey or playing music when I’m not coaching.
