HireMyMom is a job site that allows small businesses to connect directly with independent virtual professionals. Whether a small business is seeking a virtual assistant, bookkeeper, online business manager, digital marketing / social media, customer service or any other role, they can post their job on the platform for job seekers to apply directly to. 

Being a smaller scale website means our candidates are not competing with 100s or 1000s of applicants like on the mega job sites. And unlike many other job platforms, HireMyMom does not take a commission or any portion of the payments from either party. The platform simply allows the two parties to connect and charges a nominal fee for that service. HireMyMom values faith, family, freedom and flexible work options!

The founder of HireMyMom, Lesley Pyle, began her work-at-home career in 1996 with the launch of her first website: Home-Based Working Moms. Pyle has continued with her passion of helping moms find great work from home jobs while helping small businesses hire these talented ladies for over 25 years now. Pyle was named one of “50 Women Entrepreneurs Who Inspire Us” by Self-Made magazine and has been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Wall Street Journal, USA Today and many others.  Pyle is also on the Board of Directors for Mighty Oaks Foundation and a contributing writer to Entrepreneur, SmallBiz Daily, CEO World, Fast Company, StartUp Nation, Business.com and others.
