Intoxication is NOT Consent!

Right now, under NY law, when someone who becomes incapacitated of their own volition-like drinking too much, and is sexually assaulted, they don't have the same access to the same justice as someone who had something slipped in their drink. 

It's time NY gets rid of this archaic, NY codified victim-blaming exclusion!
