I'm a very passionate, male chef who got inspiration from my family, including my uncle, mother, and grandmother. I started cooking at a very young age. I fell in love with it and have been building my gift since my teenage years. I especially enjoy cooking for my wife and son. Honing my cooking skills and love for the craft has expanded to various dishes that include, Hispanic, Hibachi, Italian, Soul Food, BBQ, Smoked/Grilled foods. The feedback over the years has been more than positive and now it's time to expand my talents and share with the world.
