Airtable is a database that behaves like a spreadsheet, used to organise everything from tour dates to product catalogues. With the new Lnk.Bio integration, you can now embed an Airtable view directly on your page.

The view stays connected to your base, so when you update a row, the page updates with it.

What is Airtable?

Airtable stores structured information in tables, then lets you present it as a grid, gallery, calendar or kanban board. Each of those presentations is called a view.

It is used by teams and individuals who need something more organised than a spreadsheet but lighter than a real database.

How does it work with Lnk.Bio?

Lnk.Bio supports Airtable view embeds, so a shared view can be displayed inside your page. Embedded views are read only, so visitors can browse, sort and search but cannot change your data.

To add one, open your Lnk.Bio dashboard, then go to:

My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Airtable

Paste the embed code and save.

Why should you use it?

Embedding Airtable on your Lnk.Bio page is ideal for:

  • Musicians publishing a tour schedule

  • Communities running a public directory

  • Shops listing stock or availability

  • Event organisers sharing a programme

  • Anyone maintaining a list that changes often

Because the view is live, you update the base once instead of editing your page every time something changes.

How to set it up

  1. Open the view you want to share in Airtable

  2. Click Share and sync, then Embed this view

  3. Copy the embed code

  4. Open your Lnk.Bio dashboard

  5. Navigate to My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Airtable

  6. Paste the embed code and save

Your Airtable view will now appear directly on your Lnk.Bio page.

Publish a list that maintains itself

Most information on a link in bio goes stale because updating it means editing the page. An embedded Airtable view moves that work to the place where the data already lives.

Check what the view exposes before you share it. Anything visible in the view is visible to everyone who opens your page.
