What is Food Hygiene Rating?
The Food Standards Agency inspects food businesses in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and publishes the result on its ratings site. The score covers food hygiene, the condition of the premises and how well food safety is managed. Scotland runs a separate scheme that returns a Pass result rather than a number.
Businesses in Wales and Northern Ireland must display their rating at the premises. In England it is voluntary, which makes a good score worth putting where people can see it.
How does it work with Lnk.Bio?
Lnk.Bio supports the official Food Standards Agency badge script. Copy the embed code from your business listing and the badge appears on your Lnk.Bio page, showing your current score.
To add one, open your Lnk.Bio dashboard, then go to:
My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Food Hygiene Rating
