What is Genius?
Genius holds the lyrics to millions of songs, from chart releases to tracks uploaded by independent artists. Any line can carry an annotation explaining a reference, a sample or a piece of wordplay.
Artists use it to publish their own lyrics and add their own notes. Listeners use it to work out what a line actually means.
How does it work with Lnk.Bio?
Lnk.Bio supports the official Genius song embed. Copy the embed code from the song page and the lyrics appear on your page with the annotations intact.
To add one, open your Lnk.Bio dashboard, then go to:
My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Genius
Paste the embed code and save.

How to set it up

Open the song page on Genius

Open the share menu and choose Embed

Copy the embed code you are given

Open your Lnk.Bio dashboard

Navigate to My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Genius

Paste the code and save
Your lyrics will now appear directly on your Lnk.Bio page.
Let the words do the work
A lyrics block is long by nature, so it sits best low on the page, under the links that matter most. A visitor who scrolls that far is one who wants to read.
The annotations travel with it. If you have explained a line on Genius, that explanation appears on your page too.
