You can now embed files directly from Google Drive into your Lnk.Bio page. Whether you want to share a downloadable PDF, a presentation, a spreadsheet, or a video, it’s now just a few clicks away.

This feature is perfect for creators, educators, businesses, and artists who want to share more than just links. You can visually embed your content right inside your bio page, making it easier for followers to access files without having to leave your profile.

What you can embed

✔️ PDFs (menus, brochures, guides)

✔️ Google Docs or Sheets (schedules, pricing tables, applications)

✔️ Videos (trailers, lessons, behind-the-scenes clips)

✔️ Presentations or portfolios

✔️ Any other public file hosted on Google Drive

Why use it

  • Add professional resources directly to your profile

  • Make it easier for your audience to engage with long-form content

  • Create a single hub where all your media and documents live

  • Ideal for freelancers, consultants, musicians, coaches, and teachers

How to add it

In your Lnk.Bio admin, go to:

Style → Add Block → Embed → Google Drive

Then paste the Google Drive link to the file you want to display.

Important: Make sure your file is set to “Anyone with the link can view” inside your Google Drive sharing settings.

If your file is private or limited to logged-in Google users, it may not display—especially on apps like Instagram and TikTok, which often use limited in-app browsers. Public sharing ensures everyone can see it without issues.

Whether you’re sharing a media kit, a recipe ebook, or a course preview, this new option gives you more flexibility and control over your content.

Try it today and give your Lnk.Bio page a whole new layer of depth.
