Loom is the fastest way to record your screen and your camera at the same time and share the result as a link. With the new Lnk.Bio integration, you can now embed a Loom video directly on your page.
A walkthrough, an introduction or a explanation can play on your page instead of behind a link.
What is Loom?
Loom records your screen, your microphone and your webcam, then uploads the video and gives you a shareable link within seconds of finishing.
It is used for product demos, customer support, onboarding, design feedback and any explanation that is quicker to show than to write.
How does it work with Lnk.Bio?
Lnk.Bio supports Loom video embeds, so a recording can play inside your page. Use the Responsive embed code from Loom so the player fits the width of the page and keeps the shape of the original recording.
To add one, open your Lnk.Bio dashboard, then go to:
My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Loom
Paste the embed code and save.
Why should you use it?
Embedding Loom on your Lnk.Bio page is ideal for:
-
Freelancers introducing themselves before a first call
-
Product teams walking through a new release
-
Support teams answering a common question once
-
Teachers explaining a task to a class
-
Anyone who explains better out loud than in writing
The video plays where the visitor already is, which matters most for a recording under two minutes.
How to set it up
-
Open the video in Loom
-
Click Share, then Embed
-
Choose the Responsive option and copy the code
-
Open your Lnk.Bio dashboard
-
Navigate to My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Loom
-
Paste the embed code and save
Your Loom video will now appear directly on your Lnk.Bio page.
Say it once and point everyone at it
A recorded explanation scales in a way a written one often does not. Putting it on your link in bio means the answer is waiting before anyone has to ask.
Set the video to Anyone with the link can view in Loom before embedding, otherwise visitors will see a permission prompt instead of the video.
More video integrations coming soon
We keep adding video platforms to Lnk.Bio. If you record somewhere else, let us know.
