Mindbody is the booking and management platform behind a large share of the world's gyms, yoga studios, spas and salons. With the new Lnk.Bio integration, you can now embed a Mindbody widget directly on your page.

Your class schedule, appointment booking or purchase options appear on the page, connected to your live Mindbody account.

What is Mindbody?

Mindbody handles scheduling, memberships, payments and client records for wellness and fitness businesses. Clients use it to browse classes, book a place and pay.

Its Branded Web tools, previously called Healcode, provide the widgets that put those functions on a business's own website.

How does it work with Lnk.Bio?

Lnk.Bio supports Mindbody Branded Web widgets, so a schedule, a booking flow or a cart can be displayed inside your page. Bookings and payments are handled by Mindbody exactly as they are elsewhere.

To add one, open your Lnk.Bio dashboard, then go to:

My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Mindbody

Paste the embed code and save.

Why should you use it?

Embedding Mindbody on your Lnk.Bio page is ideal for:

  • Yoga and pilates studios publishing a timetable

  • Personal trainers taking appointment bookings

  • Salons and spas showing available treatments

  • Gyms selling class packs and memberships

  • Instructors running workshops on a fixed schedule

A client who finds you on social media can book a class in the same visit rather than being sent to a separate site.

How to set it up

  1. Sign in to your Mindbody Branded Web manager

  2. Configure the widget you want, such as a schedule or a booking flow

  3. Copy the widget code

  4. Open your Lnk.Bio dashboard

  5. Navigate to My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → Mindbody

  6. Paste the embed code and save

Your Mindbody widget will now appear directly on your Lnk.Bio page.

Let clients book while they are still looking

Most bookings are lost between interest and action. Removing the extra hop from a social profile to a website to a booking page removes most of that gap.

Widgets are generated per location and per service, so a studio with several sites can add a block for each one.
