Twe are excited to introduce a major update for the Instagram Scheduler, which significantly enhances current functionalities and introduces several new features.
For those unfamiliar with the Instagram Scheduler, it enables you to publish a post on both Instagram and Lnk.Bio simultaneously, eliminating duplicate efforts and streamlining your daily social media tasks.
Videos and Reels
The Instagram Scheduler now supports the publication of Videos and Reels, including formats such as mp4, mov, ogg, etc.
You can upload videos of up to 50MB and include a thumbnail to be used as the image for the link on Lnk.Bio.
Carousels
In addition, the Instagram Scheduler now allows the publication of Carousels.
You can upload up to 5 images for each carousel.
Ratio check
We've implemented additional checks to ensure that uploaded images and videos have the correct ratio to be accepted by Instagram (e.g., between 4:5 and 1.91:1).
These checks are performed immediately upon file upload and prevents the submission of invalid files.
Caption length checks
Caption length checks have also been enhanced.
You will receive a warning when you reach 1,500 characters, and when you hit the 2,000-character limit (Instagram's caption maximum), you will be blocked from adding more characters.
Hashtags checks
Improved hashtag recognition now prevents the submission of captions with more than 30 hashtags, aiming to avoid blocks from Instagram.
Overall improvements
The scheduling experience has undergone significant updates to improve speed during the upload, provide more detailed feedback on errors, and introduce new formats for posts.
