Deeplinking is a technical practice that allows mobile users to be redirected directly to an app (if it's installed), instead of opening the browser. For example, if you want to link to your Facebook Page, you wish your page to be opened in the Facebook App, instead of the browser, because users are always logged in their App, but often they are not logged in their browser.
We're very happy to let all our community know that we implemented new deeplinking options:
- YouTube Music
- YouTube
This will allow even more engagement with your users.
Previous to this release we had already deeplinking enabled for:
- Snapchat
Do you need more deeplinking options? Feel free to suggest them here but keep in mind that some services don't allow it, so we'll need to evaluate this on a case-by-case basis.
