Until now, you could sell digital downloads and services directly from your bio link. Starting today, you can also sell physical products, with everything you need to manage orders, shipping, and stock built right in.
This has been one of the most requested features for a long time, and we’re excited to finally make it available.
A complete shop, directly in your bio
With the introduction of Physical products, your Lnk.Bio Shop becomes a full storefront.
You can now sell:
- T-shirts and merch
- Prints and artwork
- Handmade items
- Any product you ship
A new “Physical” product type is now available alongside Digital and Services, making it easy to manage everything in one place.
Product variants with images
Physical products often come in different options, and now you can support them fully.
You can:
- Add variants such as sizes, colors, or custom options
- Assign a specific image to each variant
- Reorder variants with simple drag and drop
This helps buyers clearly see what they are selecting before checkout, improving clarity and reducing friction.
Real stock tracking
Inventory management is built in.
You can:
- Track stock per variant
- Set products as unlimited, if needed
- Automatically show a “Sold out” badge when stock runs out
If a customer starts checkout but doesn’t complete it, the reserved stock is automatically released, so your inventory always stays accurate.
Flexible shipping setup
Shipping is fully configurable.
You can:
- Group countries into shipping zones (such as your country, Europe, worldwide, or custom lists)
- Add one or more shipping methods per zone
- Set your own flat rates for each option
Buyers only see the shipping options that apply to their location, keeping checkout simple and relevant.
Built-in checkout with address collection
The checkout flow is designed to be simple and smooth.
Customers go through a clear, step-by-step process:
- Select product and variant
- Enter shipping address
- Complete payment
Everything happens directly on your Lnk.Bio page.
This works seamlessly with both Stripe and PayPal, with the same experience regardless of payment method.
Mark orders as shipped
Once you fulfill an order, you can mark it as shipped.
You can:
- Add a tracking link
- Include carrier and tracking number (optional)
Your customer will automatically receive a “Your order is on the way” email, keeping them informed without extra work.
Improvements to your existing Shop
Alongside physical products, we’ve improved the overall Shop experience.
Redesigned sales dashboard
The Recent Sales view now features a cleaner layout, product thumbnails, and clear status badges for each order.
Search, filter, and export
You can:
- Filter sales by product, status, or date range
- Search by buyer email
- Export results to Excel in one click
Direct replies to shop emails
Purchase confirmation emails are now fully interactive. Buyers can reply directly to you, and you can reply back, no more no-reply messages.
Smarter product display
Product tiles now render beautifully whether you use custom images or icons.
Clear sold-out indicators
When a product runs out of stock, a visible “Sold out” badge appears, so buyers know immediately.
