EmailFig is an email marketing platform for sending campaigns and automations without a complicated setup. With the new Lnk.Bio integration, subscribers collected through your Lnk.Bio newsletter form are now added to your EmailFig list automatically.

You can also place an EmailFig signup form directly on your page.

Two ways to connect EmailFig with Lnk.Bio

Newsletter sync keeps the native Lnk.Bio form on your page and sends each new signup to the EmailFig list you choose.

The embed shows a form you built in EmailFig, with its own fields and design. To add one, copy the script from the form's Publish tab in EmailFig, then go to:

My page → Content → Add Block → Embed → EmailFig

Use the sync if you want the form to match your page, and the embed if the form already exists in EmailFig.

What is EmailFig?

EmailFig covers the core of email marketing: campaigns, automations, segments, signup forms and landing pages. Every plan includes every feature, and it is free up to 4,000 subscribers.

It is used by creators, newsletter writers and small businesses.

How does it work with Lnk.Bio?

Lnk.Bio sends the email address of each new signup to EmailFig. EmailFig then emails the subscriber a confirmation link, and they join your list once they click it.

Because EmailFig runs the confirmation, the list you sync to must have double opt-in turned on. Newsletter sync is included in the Unique plan.

To connect it, open your Lnk.Bio dashboard, then go to:

My Leads → Integrations & sync → EmailFig

Why should you use it?

Connecting Lnk.Bio to EmailFig is useful if you want to:

  • Start a welcome automation for people who sign up from your social profiles

  • Keep one confirmed list instead of copying addresses between tools

  • Send your next campaign to subscribers who joined that same day

  • Hold a consent record for every address you email

Your EmailFig list stays current without anyone maintaining it.

How to set it up

  1. Log in to your Lnk.Bio dashboard

  2. Go to My Leads → Integrations & sync

  3. Select EmailFig from the list

  4. In EmailFig, go to Settings → API keys and create a key

  5. Paste the API key and click Start Integration

  6. Choose a list that has double opt-in turned on

Once the integration is active, every new subscriber collected through your Lnk.Bio newsletter form is sent to EmailFig automatically, and EmailFig takes care of the double opt-in confirmation.

One confirmation email, sent from your own domain

A new subscriber gets a single confirmation email, and it comes from EmailFig using your own sending address. That is the same address your campaigns will come from, so the first thing they see from you is already familiar.
