MailBluster is now available on Lnk.Bio with two new integrations.

You can automatically sync subscribers collected through the native Lnk.Bio newsletter form to MailBluster. You can also embed a MailBluster form directly on your Lnk.Bio page.

This gives you the freedom to use the signup experience that works best for your audience while managing your leads and email campaigns in MailBluster.

What is MailBluster?

MailBluster is an email marketing platform for managing leads, building campaigns, creating automated email workflows, and tracking performance.

It includes audience segmentation, customizable email templates, double opt-in, custom fields, tags, and subscription forms. These tools help creators and businesses organize their contacts and send more relevant emails.

Two ways to connect MailBluster with Lnk.Bio

The new integration supports two different workflows.

Sync your Lnk.Bio newsletter leads

Keep using the native newsletter form on your Lnk.Bio page. Once MailBluster is connected, each new subscriber is automatically added to your MailBluster audience.

There is no need to export contacts or upload spreadsheets. New leads are sent to MailBluster as soon as they complete the Lnk.Bio double opt-in process.

Embed a MailBluster form

If you have already created a form in MailBluster, you can display it directly on your Lnk.Bio page.

This lets you use the fields, design, tags, double opt-in settings, and confirmation message configured in MailBluster. Visitors can complete the form without leaving your Lnk.Bio page.

How to set up newsletter sync

Connecting the native Lnk.Bio newsletter form only takes a few steps:

  1. Log in to your Lnk.Bio dashboard

  2. Go to My Leads, then Integrations & Sync

  3. Select MailBluster

  4. Connect your MailBluster account and choose where new leads should be added

  5. Save your settings

Once the integration is active, new subscribers collected through your Lnk.Bio newsletter form will be sent automatically to MailBluster after confirming their subscription.

You can then include them in segments, campaigns, and automation workflows inside MailBluster.

How to embed a MailBluster form

First, create or open the form you want to use inside MailBluster.

You can configure its fields, tags, success message, double opt-in, and other options before publishing it. If you use MailBluster's allowed domains setting, enter the domain used by your Lnk.Bio page without http:// or https://. E.g. "lnk.bio"

Then:

  1. Open your form in MailBluster

  2. Publish the form and select Add to website

  3. Copy the embed code

  4. Open your Lnk.Bio editor

  5. Go to My Page → Content → Add Block → Embed → MailBluster

  6. Paste the embed code and save

Your MailBluster form will now appear directly on your Lnk.Bio page.

Which option should you use?

Newsletter sync is the simplest choice if you want your signup form to match the rest of your Lnk.Bio page. Lnk.Bio collects the lead, handles double opt-in, and sends the confirmed subscriber to MailBluster.

Embedding is useful if you already have a MailBluster form or need fields and settings configured directly inside MailBluster.

Both options remove manual contact management and help you move new subscribers from your social profiles into your email marketing workflow.
