After more than a year of private testing with a select group of users and a highly manual approval process, the Lnk.Bio APIs have graduated and are now available to all users, including those with FREE accounts.
Anyone with a Lnk.Bio account can now create and manage Lnk.Bio Apps to automate their own account or integrate with their platform. Everything is self-service: you can create and manage your app, reset your secrets, etc.
There are two types of Lnk.Bio Apps you can create:
- Private Apps are for users who want to automate their own Lnk.Bio activities.
- Public Apps are for developers who want to integrate their platforms with Lnk.Bio and offer it to all Lnk.Bio users.
Private Apps offer the simplest level of integration: simply get your credentials, and you're ready to start automating your Lnk.Bio activities.
Public Apps are more complex. While you can begin testing them directly, they require a review from our team to become publicly available. Public Apps also have the opportunity to be published in our official Integration Gallery. The approval process timeframe is currently estimated at 2 working days.
Whether you are developing a Private or a Public App, you will have full access to our APIs, which are documented at our new portal, api.lnk.bio.
