We are pleased to announce a Soft Opening Date of April 5!Â
At that point we'll have a list of all the equipment that's ready for people to use (some pieces still need to get up and running, some need some ventilation installed, etc) and will be accepting memberships. Memberships will cost $50/mo and get you access to the space via a keyfob for all the equipment that you're trained on.Â
In order to be a member, you'll have to attend a General Orientation. We'll be having the first two at our Community Meeting on March 27 and another on April 5 (time tbd). I'm sure we'll have more on a semi-regular basis, but those are the two that are scheduled for now!
Spring is just around the corner!
Learn to weave an Egg Basket, just in time for Easter! These baskets are well designed for gathering eggs. (Because the eggs wonât roll around in the curved bottom, theyâre less likely to break.) Of course, they can be made in various sizes and proportions and are useful for holding many things.
Handy tools to bring along if you have them (But no worries! We will share if you donât!):
The class is taught by Sarah Starkey. This class is recommended for ages 12 and up. Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
The cost of the class is $30 and includes all taxes and fees, as well as the rest of the materials needed to make your basket. You can pay via PayPal, Venmo, or with Cash.
Space is limited, so sign up now!
