I’ve spent the last decade building ventures at the intersection of housing, technology, and impact. What began as a backyard docuseries (GOING TINY) grew into my first tech startup, Gather ADU. After helping homeowners across multiple states plan and build ADUs—and raising $200K in angel investment—I've since exited this company and remain a shareholder.

Now, I’m building PermiGuide (Techstars ’25) — an AI-powered decision engine that integrates with city planning to simplify zoning and align homeowners and investors with municipal development priorities. Because housing development shouldn’t require a degree in urban planning.

Alongside my ventures, I’m also a licensed REALTOR® with Compass Atlanta, specializing in creative approaches to unlocking property value through ADUs.
