My name is Sam and I am a yoga teacher at Hot Asana and YogaSix, and an apprentice Pilates instructor at Club Pilates. 

I completed my 200-Hour YTT at the Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. I am currently working on my 500-Hour comprehensive Pilates training through Club Pilates national and my 300-Hour YTT through Hot Asana University.
