The lawsuit to stop the "Wisconsin Vape Ban" Has been filed. Wisconsin Act 73 was passed in December of 2023, which included Wisconsin Statute 995.15. This new law creates a prohibitionist style Registry Bill that strongly favors Big Tobacco. If this law is allowed to be fully implemented on September 1st, 2025, the only remaining vapor products on the market will be Vuse, Blu, Logic, and a handful of others.
