Capsule Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Yoga Pass application ("App") for Meta
Quest devices. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal
information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect,
and process your information when you use our App. By using Yoga Pass, you agree to the
practices described in this policy.
We comply with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant
regulations. This policy applies solely to information collected through the App and does not
cover data handled by Meta Platforms Technologies or third-party services integrated with
Meta Quest (please review Meta's Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy
for details on their practices).

We collect various types of information to provide, improve, and personalize the App's
features, such as guided yoga sessions, progress tracking, and VR immersion. We categorize
this information as follows:
### Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
This includes data that can identify you directly, which we collect when you register or interact
with the App:
- Account details: Username, email address, password, and date of birth (for age verification).
- Profile information: Optional details like profile picture, avatar, bio, or preferences (e.g., yoga
style or skill level).
- Payment information: If in-app purchases are available, we collect billing details (processed
securely via third-party payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers).
### Physical and Biometric Data
As a VR yoga app, we collect data related to your movements and interactions to enhance
immersion and provide feedback on poses:
- Movement patterns: Headset and controller positions, orientation, gait, and body poses
during sessions (e.g., to detect alignment in yoga postures).
- Optional health metrics: If you enable integrations (e.g., with wearables), we may collect heart

only collected with your explicit consent.
- We do not collect raw biometric data like eye tracking or facial expressions unless explicitly
enabled for app features, and such data is processed on-device where possible to minimize

We do not collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we
discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
